Brandon is a trained chef with a degree from The Natural Gourmet Institute of Health and Culinary Arts. He specializes in southern style BBQ and Pig Roasts. He has attended several grilling and BBQ courses for this style of cooking. Some courses include CIA in Hyde Park, NY and Jack's Old South taught by the 3 time BBQ World Champion Myron Mixon.
One of Brandon's biggest BBQ used to produce such delicious authentic southern food is a smoker built by David Klose in Houston, Texas. Klose is the 2004 BBQ World Champion and holds several world records for his custom pits. With nearly 15 years of experience in BBQ Brandon enjoys customizing every party and making every customer beyond happy with hiring him for their special occasion!
